We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows can really hurt us.

When scheduling, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge. A no-show will result in a 100% charge.

As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text, and email 48 hours before your appointment.

Example: If you have an appointment scheduled Wednesday at 11am, you would need to cancel before 11am on Tuesday.

Refund policy

We strive to make all of our clients happy with the services that we provide. However, if you are unhappy with the results, we ask that you contact the salon and/or Hannah directly. We will be more than happy to make adjustments within 7 days from when service was rendered. This does not include "changing your mind".

 

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All deposits are non-refundable.

We love your children. However, our clients come to Hairchaos Studio to relax while they receive their services.
