We strive to make all of our clients happy with the services that we provide. However, if you are unhappy with the results, we ask that you contact the salon and/or Hannah directly. We will be more than happy to make adjustments within 7 days from when service was rendered. This does not include "changing your mind".
We do not offer refunds of any kind. All deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens. We value and respect your time, and our and stylist time. We ask that you give as much notice as possible when needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
When scheduling, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge. A no-show or same day cancellation will result in a 100% charge.
As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text, and email 48 hours before your appointment.
